ONYSCHAK, Bernice - Peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of Roman for over 40 years. Loving mother of Sharon Anderson. Dear grandmother of Scott, Mark and Barbara Lynn Anderson. Great grandmother of Dustin Anderson and Jordan and Holly Whidden. Survived by her siblings Daphne McDonald, Gwen Chase, Aubrey Mills and Geraldine Abell. Predeceased by her son Dennis Dykens (1971) and sisters Vera McKay and Robina Weatherbee. Bernice was an avid gardener and world traveler. She was a member of the Beckett Seniors for many years. Friends will be received at the BECKETT-GLAVES FAMILY FUNERAL CENTRE, 88 Brant Avenue on Saturday from 12-2 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place privately at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Bernice in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
