DECKER, Jacqueline (nee Hay) - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Thursday, May 1st, 2014 in her 72nd year. Beloved wife of Rodney. Loving mother of Krista (Todd) Caldwell, and Bruce (Kate) Decker. Devoted "Grannie" to Nathan and Dakota, and Ronan and Alistair. She is survived by her sister Barbara Hay, and her brother Kevin Hay. She will also be fondly remembered by her niece Sarah (Chad) McComb, and many friends. Her family would like to thank the Brantford General Hospital (Critical Care Unit) for their compassion and care during this difficult time. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave. for a time of fellowship and refreshment on Monday from 11 - 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Jacquie in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
