DOWNING, George Wayne "Spatts" - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, May 26th, 2014 in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Crystal Hess (Downing). Step-father of John Roloson, and Adam Roloson. He will be fondly remembered by all of his many family members and friends. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., on Thursday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel on Thursday at 11:00. Cremation to follow. A tree will be planted in memory of Spatts in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
