IKING, Marinus "Mike" - Passed away peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday, February 25th, 2009 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Willy Iking. Loving father of Charlotte Poelman and her husband Douglas Young, Caroline and her husband Ian Mundie. Dear grandfather of Michael Poelman and his wife Leeanna, Brandon and Ryan Mundie. Caring great-grandfather of Jordyn and Courtney. Survived by his brother Willy and his wife Greet, his sister-in-law Alida Hamstra, his niece Evelyn and her husband Bob Fletcher and their children Brooke and R.J. Predeceased by his loving grandson Brett Poelman. Friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Avenue on Thursday from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Paris. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Mike in the Beckett-Glaves Memorial Forest.
